Kargil Vijay Diwas

Today is Kargil Vijay Diwas. 
It is observed to commemorate the success of Operation Vijay that ended on July 26,1999, and to pay homage to the 527 soldiers who sacrified their lives during the conflict.

 Let us be thankful to those brave Indian soldiers because of whom we are alive today....
